- MCA Notification on National Financial Reporting Authority (Recruitment, Salary, Allowances and Other Terms and Conditions of Service of Secretary, Officers and Other Employees of Authority) Rules, 2019.
MCA has introduced a new Rule to define the procedure to be followed by the Authority with regard to recruitment and appointment of its employees, payment of salary, allowances and other benefits. A detailed schedule has been provided for listing out various recognised posts, level in pay matrix, age restrictions, method of recruitment and various other attributes that would serve as a guideline for the Departmental Promotion Committee or the Authority to undertake recruitment and other allied procedures. Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
