Introduction of a Valuation Report Identification Number (“VRIN”) for valuation conducted by Register Valuer under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“The Code”)
Vide this circular, it has been decided to provide a Valuation Report Identification Number (VRIN) for each valuation conducted under the Code. The RV/ RVEs shall generate a unique VRIN for each valuation report by logging into the online module hosted on the IBBI website and the same shall be mentioned on the front page of the valuation report. Stakeholders may verify the authenticity of the valuation report by using the VRIN.

Filing of form FC-1 with the Registrar, Central Registration Centre
From 09th September, 2024, Form FC-1 is to be filed by foreign companies within 30 days of establishing its place of business in India with the Registrar, Central Registration Centre, (which is an initiative of MCA for speedy incorporation related services in line with global best practices) as against the earlier requirement of filing it with the Registrar.
