- MCA Circular on filing of e-form CRA-2, Intimation of appointment of cost auditor by the Company to Central Government in a Financial Year:
Through this Circular, Ministry has extended the date for filling the form CRA-2 to 31.05.2019 without payment of additional fees for such companies where company has been mandated to get their cost records audited for the first time under the Companies Act, 2013.
