Filing of forms MGT-6 and BEN-2 due to migration from V2 portal to V3 version in MCA21 portal from 04/07/2024 to 14/07/2024
E-form MGT-6 for filing the receipt of declaration about the beneficial interest of shares and BEN-2 for filing a return of Significant Beneficial Ownership will be launched on the MCA V3 version on 15/07/2024. These forms will not be available on MCA V2 version from 04/07/2024 to 14/07/2024. Therefore, the Ministry has allowed an additional time of 15 days, without any additional fees, to file these forms due between 04/07/2024 and 14/07/2024.
