Extension of time for Filing of PAS-7
Web Form PAS-7 (Details regarding share warrants issued by Public Companies prior to Companies Act, 2013, which have not been converted to shares) has been introduced on MCA-21 Portal. Owing to this, an extension till 5th August 2024 has been provided to file the form without payment of additional fees.
