Summary of the SEBI Notification dated 08/07/2024
Publishing the financial results through a window advertisement in the newspapers by a listed entity having listed its non-convertible securities in accordance with SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021.
A listed entity, with a prior approval from the debenture trustee, if there are any non-convertible securities outstanding as on date when the proviso is notified, or by making a disclosure in the offer document regarding advertisement referred hereinafter for any issuances post the date of this notification, may publish only a window advertisement in the newspapers for financial results that refers to a Quick Response Code (QR Code) and the link of the website of the listed entity and stock exchange(s), where such financial results will be available and can be accessed by the investors instead of publishing a detailed one with the line items.
