Path for filing intimations of corporate actions on the NEAPS portal
NSE has notified that the intimations regarding fixation of record date, book closure dates for any corporate action needs to be separately intimated under the Corporate Actions tab available on the NEAPS portal. The same are not to be uploaded under the section of Outcome of Board/ Shareholder Meeting, etc. The Exchange will take cognizance of only those disclosures which are filed under the relevant path as specified in the circular and listed entities will be responsible for consequences of non-intimation if not filed in such manner.
