Timelines for disclosures by Social Enterprises on Social Stock Exchange (“SSE”) for FY 2023-24
SEBI vide this Circular has laid down the timelines for the social enterprises to make certain disclosures on SSEs. Accordingly, Not for Profit Organizations (NPOs) registered on SSE, including those who have listed their designated securities on SSE, are required to make annual disclosures on matters specified in the SEBI Circular dated September 19, 2022 by 31st October, 2024 for the Financial Year 2023-24.
Social Enterprises which have registered or raised funds through SSE shall also be required to submit their Annual Impact Report to SSE by31st October, 2024 for the Financial Year 2023-24.
