MCA notifies the effective date of Section 5 of Companies (Amendment) Act, 2020 (29 of 2020).
MCA hereby notifies 30th October, 2023 as the effective date for sub-section (3) and (4) of Section 23 of the Companies Act, 2013 (which were yet to be notified), w.r.t. issue of securities for listing on permitted stock exchanges in permissible foreign jurisdictions or other jurisdictions and exemption by Central Government to any class or classes of public companies under sections mentioned therein.
