Exception to Producer Companies to issue securities in dematerialised form
Referring to the requirement of a private company (other than a small company) to facilitate dematerialization of securities and to issue securities in dematerialized form within 18 months from the closure of March 31, 2023, this notification states out an exception for the Producer Companies.
The Producer Companies are henceforth allowed a period of 5 years from the closure of financial year to comply with the same.
