Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)for the listed entities in filing application for Scheme of Arrangements under LODR Regulations, 2015
BSE has issued Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to be followed by the entities listed with it in filing application for Scheme of Arrangements under Regulation 37 of LODR Regulations, 2015. It has indicated various timeline by which the listed companies shall complete prescribed activities. If appropriate responses towards clarification raised are not received from the entities by the Exchanges within the timelines, the Company may be asked to file a fresh application and any fees paid towards processing of the earlier application shall be forfeited by the Exchange/Regulator.
