MCA notifies the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Amendment Rules, 2024
Vide this notification, form BEN-2 (Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under section 90 of the Companies Act, 2013) has been amended to include the following:
- Change in particulars of existing Significant Beneficial Ownership under Section 90
- Change of the existing holding reporting company

MCA notifies the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2024
Vide this notification, form MGT-6 (Return to the Registrar in respect of declaration under section 89 of the Companies Act, 2013 received by the company) has been amended to include the following:
- Income Tax PAN / Passport Number/ Other Registration Number of person in whose name the shares have been registered as holders in the register of members
- BO ID and Income Tax PAN / Passport of the Beneficial Owner
- Father’s/ Husband’s name of the Beneficial Owner
