MCA notifies Companies (Incorporation) Third Amendment Rules, 2023 w.e.f. 21/10/2023.
In case of shifting of registered office from one state or Union Territory to another state, where the management of the company has been taken over by new management under a resolution plan approved under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and where no appeal against such resolution plan is pending in any Court or Tribunal and no inquiry, inspection, investigation is pending or initiated after the approval of the said resolution plan, the shifting of the registered office may be allowed. Further, the provision for inclusion of costs in the order passed by the Central Government confirming the alteration has been omitted.

SEBI notifies the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Sixth Amendment) Regulations, 2023 w.e.f. 20/10/2023.
The amendment states that the unclaimed amount transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund constituted in terms of section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 shall not bear any interest and such unclaimed amount may be claimed in the manner as may be specified by the Board.
